Morning

When you wake up in your luxury resort residence with views of the spectacular fairways of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, how can you not want to hit the links? The best time of day for golfing in Orlando is first thing in the morning when it’s cooler. The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando is one of the only places in the world where you can play signature PGA golf courses designed by three of golf’s greatest legends: Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson.

Those in your group who don’t golf may enjoy sleeping in and having a leisurely breakfast by your private pool and spa. We can grocery shop for you and have your gourmet kitchen fully stocked with all your favorites so all you have to do is slip on your swimsuit and soak up the Florida sunshine.

If you like to get your day started with exercise, we have plenty of options for you. Visit our state-of-the-art fitness center to continue your workout routine or to take a fitness class. You can even schedule one of our professional trainers to come to your resort residence just for you or to lead a fitness class for you and your guests. Maybe a morning walk is more your speed? Grab your coffee and explore the miles of walking trails through our beautiful property.

Afternoon

After your morning activities, your group might want to meet for lunch. Stop by The Cove Bar & Grille or The Grille at the water park for classic sandwiches and salads and adult beverages. Then, dive into fun! With spraying water cannons, a lazy river, four waterfalls, kid-pleasing twisty water slides, rope bridges, a zero entry pool and a giant water bucket that empties every few minutes, our water park will keep everyone entertained for hours. If relaxing by the water is more your style, enjoy a beautiful resort pool with private cabanas and poolside service.

In the late afternoon, take your furry friend to our dog park with shaded gazebos and separate areas for large and small canines. Children can climb, play and let their imaginations run free at a playground in the center of the park while golfers work on their skills at the practice putting green. The expansive lawn houses a sand volleyball court and plenty of room for games of lawn bowling.

Evening

When it’s time for dinner, visit one of the five restaurants and multiple bars at The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando. We especially recommend our award-winning steakhouse Eleven and its breathtaking views of the nightly Florida sunset and nearby theme-park fireworks. Don’t feel like dining out? You can leave the cooking to one of our fabulous personal chefs who will come to your residence and prepare the meal you choose, while our servers take care of cleaning up. Our experienced bartenders also can visit your residence to lead a mixology class or wine-tasting — or to create new drinks for your group.

Finally, sprawl out and watch a movie together. After a good night’s sleep, you’ll be ready to tackle whatever is on the schedule for tomorrow!
