As a guest of The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, you’ll have access to complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World Resort. Plus, our staff is more than happy to assist in coordinating transportation to the Promenade at Sunset Walk, Island H2O Water Park near Margaritaville Resort Orlando, and the exciting amenities, water park, and lazy river at Reunion Resort.

Disney Shuttle Schedule & Seat Reservations

Beginning May 15th, 2023, Bear’s Den Resort Orlando will be enhancing its Disney Transportation offerings through Florida Bus Service, a leader in the theme park shuttle service in Central Florida since 2007, successfully serving hotel and resort customers.
The bus service will now be adding additional stops during certain trips to further benefit riders. Transportation will be available to Magic Kingdom/Ticket and Transportation Center, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios.
Alternatively, you can also book your seats at the AGS Concierge Desk located in the Reunion Grande Lobby.

*The schedule that Florida Bus provides will fluctuate based on changes to Disney’s hours of operation. Shuttle seats can be reserved based on space availability no earlier than 2 days prior to the transportation date and at least 2 hours prior to departure time. Seats may be limited, so reserving your seats early is highly encouraged. A boarding pass must be displayed to the bus driver in addition to valid amenity access wristbands to validate access to this service.

Island H2O Live! Water Park Transportation

Island H2O is Orlando’s most immersive and technologically advanced water park – featuring over 20 experiences including thrilling slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, and a children’s area. High-tech features invite guests to customize their experiences and share them with friends. You’ll also find private cabanas and an adults-only area for chilling.

To view current shuttle times, please visit www.themeparkbus.com and click on the Shuttle Schedule icon.  The schedule that Florida Bus provides will fluctuate based on changes to Disney’s hours of operation.
To reserve seats, please visit www.themeparkbus.com, click on the Reserve Shuttle icon and choose Reunion Resort under the “From” dropdown menu and the desired theme park from the “To” dropdown menu.
