When we think of spring break, we daydream about carefree days by the water sprinkled with fun activities that make vacation memories. The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando is the perfect vacation destination for couples, families and large groups who are ready to make those dreams come true with a Florida getaway.

Water Park

First, the water. Our aqua playground can keep everyone entertained for hours. With spraying water cannons, a lazy river, four waterfalls, kid-pleasing twisty water slides, rope bridges, a zero-entry pool and a giant water bucket that empties every few minutes, our water park is the place to be. Plus, you can enjoy a beautiful resort-style pool with private cabanas and poolside service.

Cocoa Beach

What would spring break in Florida be without a day trip to one of our famous beaches? In about an hour’s drive you can be stepping on the sands of Cocoa Beach on the east coast. Ron Jon’s and other nearby stores carry umbrellas, collapsible chairs, boogie boards to ride the Atlantic Ocean waves, sand toys and more. You can even take surfing lessons!

Ice Cream

Is there anyone who doesn’t scream for ice cream? A day in the sun makes this frozen treat even sweeter. In Cocoa Beach, you’ll find plenty of options from chain restaurants, such as Dairy Queen and Twistee Treat, to local store Fat Donkey that offers unusual flavors, a ton of toppings, and also serves vegan options. Or, create your own sundae bar in your resort home. Give us your grocery list and we’ll do the shopping. All you have to do is savor the dessert.

Stop by the Tennis Centre Pro Shop to pick up your equipment and play our brand-new miniature golf course at The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando. Nearby, Walt Disney World offers two locations with amazing courses: Winter Summerland (adjacent to Blizzard Beach) and Fantasia Gardens (across from Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin); Universal Resort Orlando has its Hollywood Drive-In Golf at City Walk; and Pirate’s Cove Adventure Golf, Congo River Golf and Lost Caverns Adventure Golf are all on International Drive.
