The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando Health & Safety Program
As we continue to place an emphasis on the continued health and safety of our guests and team members, we remain vigilant and respect and observe local, state and federal guidelines, even as they change. That includes mask requirements for employees and guests who are not fully vaccinated, enhanced cleaning procedures, encouragement of frequent hand washing, and screening requirements where required.
Thank you for your patience as we work to provide a space for you and your family to confidently relax and make memories. We are committed to evaluating and adjusting these practices as we test them, always striving to deliver the high-quality service and memorable experiences you’ve come to expect from The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando.
On behalf of all of us at The Bear’s Den Resort Orlando, we thank you for trusting us. We are excited about the future and look forward to delivering your ultimate vacation!
Let’s Practice Health & Safety Together
All employees receive comprehensive training on safety and sanitation protocols. Hand sanitizer stations are available for all employees and guests throughout the property.
In keeping with the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and the state of Florida, employees and guests who are fully vaccinated, including the 14-day waiting period following your single-dose shot or your second two-dose shot, are no longer required to wear face coverings while on property. Employees who are not fully vaccinated are taking the proper precautions and wearing a face covering. While we do not require proof of vaccination, we do expect those who are not fully vaccinated to wear face coverings while indoors.
Glass partitions have been installed for the wellbeing of guests and staff.
We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning procedures in all common and high-traffic areas, increasing their intensity and frequency. That includes cleaning and sanitizing with soap and water, as well as cleaning agents approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In guest homes, we are increasing our already diligent cleaning and sanitizing procedures. That includes using cleaning products and protocols that meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens. Contactless hand sanitizing stations are being installed throughout the resort for the added health and safety of our guests and team members.
